In Four, Three, Two, One...
We can’t wait to be a part of your wedding day and capture all your blissful memories in motion. Our booking process involves securing your date with a 25% deposit, reviewing our terms and celebrating yet another to-do ticked off the wedding planner. You are going to fall in love with this film, we just know it.
To ensure we understand the scope of your wedding day and can plan our filming approach accordingly, a questionnaire will be sent through for you to complete. Four to five weeks out from your wedding, we will organise a Zoom meet up to settle any nerves, float final ideas and piece together a vision for your wedding film.
At this point, you will have seen our faces enough that we are practically in the bridal party, but that’s the goal. We will arrive bright and early to allow time for set up and begin capturing those sweet, fleeting moments of love.
You can expect to receive your film 10 to 12 weeks after your wedding day. Snuggle in and soak up the reverie of wedded bliss, yours to love, watch and cherish, forever.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
This happens more than you may think which is why we have worked so hard at being attentive, yet unambiguous. We take a considerate approach to capturing your wedding day, after all, it is your day and it is our priority to allow natural moments and interactions to take place. Along with using minimal gear and providing little creative direction while shooting, we like to schedule a call with your photographer prior to the big day to marry up our timelines and make it feel as though you are working with one team, not two. Remember, we are here to capture your wedding, not orchestrate a performance.
Who doesn’t love to travel? We offer complimentary travel 150 kms from 4132 and find ourselves traversing throughout South East Queensland and Byron Bay often. If you simply cannot get us out of your head, we offer custom quotes for interstate weddings. What can we say? There’s just something about love.
We take a very considered approach to editing your film. It needs to be timeless and reflect you both as a couple, your personalities and the story of your wedding day. We even go as far as colour grading the video to ensure it reflects the colour palette of your wedding. Whether you select our Summit or Story Collection, you will receive everything, including Collection Grabs, 10 to 12 weeks after your wedding day. Of course, the Teaser Film grab will be delivered within one week if you have chosen this addition.

3 Months Out: 25% progress payment
1 Month Out: 50% balance payment.
Our 25% deposit to secure your wedding date is non-refundable, but absolutely transferrable if you have to shift the date of your wedding. We will always go above and beyond to accommodate a change-of-date, as long as we don’t have another wedding or event booked for the new date.
